We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Any changes will take effect when posted on this page and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit our website. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us.

Hours of Business

Orders can be placed through our website www.wallpapered.com at any time on any day. However, our studio working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 (Excluding Bank Holidays) so orders will only be processed during these times.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (where applicable). The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery destination that you choose and will be shown clearly during the checkout process.  

All wallpaper orders are dispatched from our print facility based in the UK and Europe. Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.  Wallpapered Ltd. is not liable for any import or customs duties that may occur in the process of shipping internationally.

Installation

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the wallpaper is correctly installed. Any damage e.g. rips, tears, cuts that occur to the product or to the installation area during the process of fitting the wallpaper are the sole responsibility of the customer. Similarly, any damage that occurs due to incorrect installation or poorly prepared wall surfaces is also the responsibility of the customer. Wallpapered Ltd. are unable to compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to all orders shipped within the UK

Delivery charges for destinations outside the UK are calculated and applied at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order.

Delivery of your product is made via courier and we aim to deliver your product within 7-10 working days of your order. Please note that the above timescales are approximations and thus subject to change at the discretion of the retailer.

Wallpapered Ltd. have no liability to you in the event that the delivery of the order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

We take every care to ensure that your product reaches you in a good condition. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, you should contact us straight away and we will provide a resolution.

Returns and Refunds

Our wallpaper murals are custom printed, bespoke products that are unique to each wall, this means they are non-refundable and we are unable to accept returns of wallpaper murals due to a change of mind, plan, or after they are installed.

Any defects, damages, or shortages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order. 

If there are any problems upon receipt of your order please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to provide a solution. Please note that we will need to know about the problem within 30 days after purchase to offer a replacement mural.
